The off-road powerchair that I use is very rare in that it is a Quantum Edge 2.0 with their available upgrades of 8" casters and solid knobbly tyres. It'll manage moderately deep mud, gravel, wet grass, hard sand. It was not good enough for more than town use before the upgrades, which are very expensive, but so is any decent powerchair, sadly.
